to workout, this is a key point in time to megadose ground flaxseed, not only will you feel like a master better after, you will ease out a nice shit, after 20 min you feel rejuvinated from the flaxseed READY TO EAT MORE TO GAIN MORE ENERGY TO FUCKING TRAIN!

basically if you dont beleive in high volume training then dont beleive in this method

why consume fats to fuel your training? unless of course you are doing endurance running or something of that nature...

dear johnny, I just thought it would be a great idea to let you know that your recent gains are only due to your creatine use and have absolutely no connexion whatsoever with wath you eat and you retarded diet plans.
It means that once you stop consuming creatine all the magical water retention will go away and you will look as skinny and unimpressive as before.

its not a simple singularaty or duality or even the trifacta of fat, carb and protien thinking or possibilty of diet

ive used creatine PLENTY PLENTY of times consistently and unconsistently. I havent used creatine in 2 months, I havent had reason or desire to use it latley, and i am the truth!
