Title: which glutamine and glycine supplements are GetBig-approved?

Planning to add both to my daily intake.  Need product suggestions.

you dont need either of them, and you wont see any benefits either. (at least bodybuilding benefits)

This is the same as I've always read...


GetItonNY swears by Glutamine, and says most people just don't take enough...

why d ont you just go in the creatine thread,,and make some comments there how sherife shalabay gained 20lbs in eweek and put 25lbs on his bench all due to ceratin and SUPER POWERS,,HE GETS FROM ALL THE DUMPS HE DOES

No.  I can get someone from eating like shit onto eating a healthy diet, but I am not a fat loss expert (with respect to nutrtition).  I have to get help with that.

Fat loss is easy, just a caloric deficit for weight loss and training+protein for muscle preservation.
