i tell you white man you used to have it, how can you save yourself? IMO i speak the truth and know how to live on easy street, but dont no body wanna pick up a hammer and build a house any more and rent it out and get "free" money for a year on a tenant who pays rent at 1000 a month

whites have choices...they can do almost anything they want because they have the resources, money and power...they can play college sports and then move into the business world, or start their own businesses....
this is why the NBA is mostly black..not due to blacks being better basketball players, but because the NBA doesn't get the best white athletes because many chose to do other things or work for their rich father or uncle while many blacks see the NBA as their only option due to racism and lack of having a rich dad whose company they can work for....
same holds true for bodybuilding....blacks may work harder at it because they don't have any other better option at the moment...it has nothing to due with "brotherhood"

I agree with you that blue collar white people still have a strong sense of values, forged while sharing the pain of doing hard menial work together to survive.
Most of em are also often very conservative and family oriented.
But they are a dying breed, and are easely outnumbered by massive quantities of people who definitely forgot about these simple yet important things.
And more importantly...they are deeply despised by our modern elites who never miss a chance to expose their scorn for them...

Do you not reckon though that black guys have better genes for some sports, and can often get in better shape than a typical white guy. I mean I know bodybuilding isn;t a real sport, but many years the top 3 Olympians have been black or dominican or whatever.
Also Black guys suck at swimming, which to me indicates a similar possibility of a genetic predisposal of whites towards sucking at most other sports.

Are you saying there are no genetic differences between whites and blacks and other races? For example: Are dutch guys not taller on average than Japanese guys? I'm not attaching anything nasty to these statistical truths. I suck at swimming and I am white, but you don't get many competitive black swimmers.

Touchy subject but in my opinion most blacks are naturally better at sports. However I feel the urban communities put to much emphasis on black kids succeeding in sports and promoting it as their best way to wealth which often sets them up for failure in other aspects of life.

you're way over the top on this one.....taking a stereotype and making it into a generalization...black guys don't suck at swimming..just as white guys don't suck at basketball....whites are able to progress in swimming due to the availability of olympic sized swimming pools and top quality swim coaches in the white community and rich white suburbs....pools are a luxury in the city where blacks live....and they are simply places to go to cool off..not olympic sized pools where one can practice true competition swimming.....
same with golf...how many golf courses are in black communities?....how many tennis courts?..how many ice hockey rinks?....which is why whites have traditionally dominated those sports.....it also has to do with economics.....being able to afford all that hockey equipment and golf clubs and stuff......whereas a bunch of black guys can play basket ball on a plain concrete pavement with a ball that costs less than ten dollars...it's about opportunity and economics
