Fried okra is the shit.
they are unbeatable and unmatched in taste compared to meat eating imo. also seems to produce alot of energy after an hour of eating it
i remember meat sometimes would make me sleepy, id eat a bucket of kfc like no other but feel hot then sleepy from it
and milk and soy milk would give me a shitload of energy but always seemingly make me crash out a couple hours later, seems to tax the immune system too much have to be careful to not get too much

i was actually craving some fried catfish the other day since i have not had meat in over 2 years. thank goodness i didnt give in. i was actually at a drive through at the fish place and already waited 5 minites , and figured if im waiting this long then its a TRUE FALCON SIGNAL i am wasting my time with this food choice
and this fried eggplant is very similar in taste to fried fish but doesnt make you lethargic or feel like you have a rock on your stomach

"you guys" is Johnnie Falcon, his pre workout snack is 3g of crack with 25g sea salt mixed into 500ml olive oil.
Post workout is 15 minutes paint thinner and then 30 minutes on his sister.
