Now, after going on his blog and crying like the very thing he called a certain beauty queen (shiner and all), Perez Hilton is threatening to sue the Black Eyed Peas superstar.
But, here’s the thing. Under Canadian law (this went down in Toronto), can Hilton himself be charged for a “hate crime”?
Somewhere, Carrie Prejean is grinning from ear to ear…..and so are a LOT of celebrities that Hilton has burned.

I saw it on the news, earlier this morning.
Bascially, there was some sort of concert or happening in Toronto. Will.I.AM of the "Black Eyed Peas" was there, as was Perez Hilton.
The long and short of it was Hilton called Will.I.AM a name that rhymes with "maggot". Will.I.AM socked Hilton in the eye. Apparently, he didn't take too kindly to Hilton's comment about his fellow bandmate, Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson.
Hilton, a former GLAAD employee himself, posted a Twitter message on Sunday after he claimed he was assaulted by a member of the Black Eyed Peas' entourage outside a party following the MuchMusic Video Awards in Canada. Hilton later admitted in another post to calling Will.i.am a "f**got," saying it was the worse thing he could think of to call the singer at the time. He also called the singer "a f***ing coward," and added that he would have had more respect if Will.i.am had punched him in the face himself. Molina, meanwhile, has reportedly turned himself into Toronto police in connection to the assault

Celeb gossip blogger Perez Hilton is accusing Black Eyed Peas front man Will.I.Am and their manager Polo Molina of physically attacking him! The blogger claims that the musician and his manager struck him outside of a Toronto club after the two exchanged words at an afer-party.
Perez started a series of intense Tweets around 3:45 A.M. "I was assaulted by Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke."

more of the wussyfication of society...sorry folks but you say what you mean and mean what you say and you deal with the consequences if you dont want to deal with the consequences keep your mouth shut. Its unfathomable to me that somebody feels they can talk all the shit they want and not get beat up every now and again.

Well, as a song by the late James Brown once said, Don't start nothin', won't be nothin'.
But, his tearful sniveling about, "I am human being", after he got bopped was simply priceless.

But, the gist of my thread isn’t being addressed here. Given how sensitive our brethren up north are about this “hate crimes” stuff, the question remains which is the supposed egregious act: Hilton calling Will.I.AM a f****t, or Will.I.AM and/or his manager busting Hilton in the eye (though, I guess you could literally refer to the latter as “gay-bashing”)?

It might be on video. Check YouTube or some other similar site.
Of course, it may not be nearly as humorous as listening to Hilton, snivel like the punk-you-know-what he tends to be.
But, would Canadians consider Hilton's calling Will.I.AM a "f****t" as a so-called hate crime.

Canadians consider peeing standing up a hate crime, so Im not shocked by this development.
I think its hysterical that the first guy ( prejean was a woman) to stand up to this slimy queer was a member of the black eye peas, the most commercialized and soft core quasi rap group in the world. Either way good for him.
