Post by: RJ DRIVER on June 23, 2009, 07:23:02 PM: Okay so I have been lurking around these boards for years and finally decided to start posting a few weeks ago. Arvilla is one of the posters that I respect the most on here. He had a great and drastic transformation. That being said I mean no disrespect mike, but my favorite thread of all time was " The Flaming of Arvilla". Anyone on here remember when he first posted his pics on here and people photoshoped them. He was so defensive as the flaming rolled on for 80 pages. Anyway no offense mike but that was the funniest thread I ever read on getbig. Anyone on here remember that?

Just did one ...(got second in the Masters class/that first picture is the "Mens over 40 masters class")
thinking of the Florida State in 9 weeks (Orlando) ........im still in great shape from the West Palm Show i did 2 weeks ago (didn't go crazy and eat a lot of shit)
soooo thinking pretty seriously about it
