He's right there's a lot of ambiquity because there are several variables including genetics, the ability to train consistently hard over time, diet and rest down. It's never one thing.
That applies both to those with great bods and those rife with excuses. ;)

Very, very good shout Bobs. He has a wonderfully balanced physique with superb symmetry and proportion. The whole physique properly developed. Meso78 has no lower body and his legs look like bigbird's, same to with Groink. People need to understand that just big arms is not good genetics, good discipline, training etc..
When one considers IQ and intelligence, you yourself can claim remarkable genetics.

Thanks guys! I think it's safe to say that all Team Nasser members have pretty good genetics, but when it comes to bodybuilding Sherief Shalaby definitely has the best genetics on getbig, and Arab too.

What is your expertise in pre-contest preparation?
Because saturated fat and sugar is completely irrlevant for that IMO.
Of course I won't be losing any significant amount of bodyfat in one week. But since my usual diet contains lots of salt, I want to see how much water I can shed by leaving out salt. Maybe I'll do some carb manipulation in the last two days additionally.
I'm loosly following Layne's pre-contest protocol.

high volume, short breaks, good form, allpartials and continuous motion
better eating and better drugs ...that's all

under one hour ..get to the gym, get blood in the muscle and get the fuck out of there....eat rest repeat
