me. i always strech the muscle group after i workout. sometimes in between.

Usually do it after cardio if/when I do cardio...

I try to, but sometimes just too worn out to even think about it. Main bodyparts that I usually do it with though are quads and triceps. After quad work I stretch them out before doing hamstrings, and same thing for triceps before doing biceps...as I do these bodyparts afterward.

That's actually the worst thing you can do. Only prolongues recovery time and muscle soreness big time.

Ditto. I figure it's saved me a lot of wear and tear over the years. Gives you that extra 5% safety buffer to prevent tears, strains or, maybe, something worse. Kinda like insurance.
