i plan on doing a massive 135 squat for sets of 10 followed by leg curls and abs.

5 lumbar vertebra severly rotated...
in physical therapy as we speak...feeling in left tri and forearm coming back slowly
did it deadlifting...yapping with a friend and being off center :-\

Deadlifting is bad. They did my lower back in late last year.
