who winds and why

I wind day and night but lift in the pm.  I can't muster much intensity straight out of bed and mornings are always too rushed anyway.  I want to have my time be all mine when I lift and not have to watch the clock and worry.  Been hitting morning cardio recently tho because I turned into a fat tub of shit.

*instant classic*

Agreed, though, sometimes you just feel it and need to go then instead of waiting until some other time.  And sometimes, you really do need to take a nap a couple of hours before hitting the gym.

I want to go during the daytime today, but it's 105 degrees here, so I've spent all morning trying to get my hydration up to a point that I'll actually feel like leaving the house to do anything.

I probably train best in the evening when i've got a day's worth of food and water in me. On day's when i'm working i don't get to the gym until at least half 8 normally.

But i don't have a problem what time i train when it comes down to it. (although 7am sessions do take a bit of extra effort!)

lol

I'm just outside of Sacramento, CA and have pretty much been sleeping from meal-to-meal today.  It's 4pm now, so time to eat again.

Then it's either nap or gym and my air-conditioned bed is looking damn good.

Unless your gym is outdoors whats the problem?  You need to get your "hydration up" to walk the 50 feet to your car?  I walk four blocks to the gym after work in the winter... stop being a pansy  :D

Shit, I walk to my gym in the winter and it's cold as hell.  I live in the city so it's pointless to drive there.  I thought you Southerners were supposed to be tough  :D

Fair point. Do you think more records would get broken if meets were in the morning then?
