Post workout. Don't do it too much though. Probably should.

I personally go post-workout as well. But in a perfect world I would do cardio first thing in the morning and then weights in the afternoon.

Nowadays i do cardio pwo when i feel like it.

After my legs workout...its usually light....

Take a fast walk with my Pitts in the early AM for about 30 minutes or more.
Sleep.
Work.
Workout.
Jumprope 15 minutes PM and another short walk.
Lotsa sleep.

i do it fasted, first thing in the morning

If I'm bulking then I don't do any.
