Oh, good.... another internet radio bodybuilding show. We don't have enough of those already.  ::)

aaron....seems you guys got a communication breakdown over there.................la st week you said there was going to be two shows ...........it ended up being one show, minus carl............this week, you say thursday at 8pm.............i dont see any show.............are you just making this stuff up as you go along, dont cry wolf, stop announcing shows that do not take place
