Does Yates have the best record of any IFBB pro in history, i.e., losing to the least number of different guys? Or is it Arnold?

haney and arnold both beat him i believe.

haney and arnold both beat him i believe.
As a pro Haney was beaten by Bertil Fox, Mohammed Makkaway, Samir Bannout and Greg Deferro!!!!!
-
I think Padilla had them all beat.

I think Padilla had them all beat.
Dude was one of the most under-rated bodybuilders of all time. I'm sure being a midget didn't help his cause though...
-
I think Padilla had them all beat.
Jimmy Thompson had some good tails about him ;D

Arnold never competed next to Dorian ???

just found these....
Padilla...and Befatto ????????? NOT!!!!! Haney and Momo beat him when he was wet behind the ears though.

I think Padilla had them all beat.
yes padilla was one of the greats. I agree with the others about the fact that his height probably contributed to him being overlooked
-
not sure about their records as amateurs, but as pros arnold lost only too sergio at the o. and zane at a pro universe, dorian, only lost too haney at the o. and momo at the n.o.c.

As an Amateur Yates competed at the World Games....Berry de Mey (Netherland) won, i think Matt Mendenhall (US) and Olev Annus from Finland placed 2. and 3. I believe Yates was 5th or 6th...."but, that was very early in his carreer"...after placing very good at the british Championships the english team nominated him to compete at the World Games.
-
if momo was a few inches taller, he would truly dominate.
-
WOW!!! Momo was truly thicker than Rodney St Cloud's cock (no homo)...being a bit taller and wider, and lived a bit longer, bro would have dominated the circus...much respect!

He came 7th. But I'm not sure of who the other guys were that placed ahead of them.
-
so as pros, dorian and arnold have the best records, arnold sometimes only was competing against one or two other competitors.

HIS LAT SPREAD WAS SICK! DORIAN WAS IN A CLASS HIS OWN.
With what his garbage arms development?
No bis or tris whatsoever, which is a very important quality in a Mr. Olympia.
Dorian was in a class of his own in the mass department.
-
dorian had the best tris in the game

not saying Yates had the best tris but you do realize this lee pic is just slightly shopped?

Benaziza was very good. Amazing that Yates only lost twice as a pro in such a competitive era.
