to train 3 times a week or less and are still fat and chubby?
i could never live with myself not 'liking' myself or not proud enough, furthermore i would assess my attitude and be ashamed if i was hatefull to boot on top of this monstrosity of multiple life failures
after these assesments i would guess that the temptation for suicide would be unforgetable on an hourly basis

playing devils advocate that is still no excuse theres always time for sets of pushups randomly throughout the day wich can add up to a good workout
but most here dont work that many hours

Most people are spoilt as kids so they are used to getting what they want. They have no desire or drive.

guys like donkey kong and goat boy are both fat and hairy and eat bananas and bread all day and look horrific

I train 7 days a week baby, 1 bodypart per day.
Thats the benefit of having a bench/powerrack/olympic barbell/olympic dumbells and a shit load of plates in your house + a old york rowing machine lol.

i looked like shit when i weighed 209lbs, now im down to 194 and im starting to look falcon esque.. and i still plan to lose another 12lbs. It's definatly naturally attainable.
only 1.5 year training here.

what if your 5'9" and already 195lbs with 8% BF and dont want to do anymore than is required and have a big home to go to,,excellent work not laid off vs you all alone not the best physique,,but you have tons of potential to anything about it? I find it ironic you dont build your phyusique up to your living potential with a great bone structure and muscle already,,your the one who needs to concentrate on priorities instead of telling others to do otherwise,,I live by a motto among plenty of them: those who criticze are actually critizing themselves,,,
such as you,,,you only do the 20 pushups for getbig,,but in reality you dont do them etiher tghrouhgout the day you sit there jobless on getbig in a mothers home or trailer if you will then on occassion when soemthing big happens in your life you grab that camera and make sure to psot it on getbig to show you that your the man,,when in reality your not,,

1. everyone's fat so abs and chiseled chest really aren't that important. desirable, but not important.
2. a lot of people work jobs surrounded by other people, whether blue collar or white, so jumping down and doing a set of pushups throughout the day may not be the best way to keep your job
3. people are stressed out with problems far more important than being sub 200 lbs, some got kids to feed

a lot of people dont even know to employ half of their natural potential, its absolutely saddening.
they accuse people like us for using steroids because we actually make progress in the mass and strength department ::)

I did the 6 day a week marathon thing for a while and I made almost no progress. Switched to 3 or 4 times a week and I started making progress. I don't have good recovery ability but 6x a week is overboard (for me).
