Imagine NOT being able to just decide you want to to for a quick stop at the store, or movies, or a resturant or anything.
Fucking horrific.

It's a nightmare, ...especially for people like us who grew up living normal lives. Most people imagine some things would be the ultimate thrill, ...but they're only seeing one side of it. There's a whole other edge to that sword
As sad as Michael's confinement was, ...it's all he knew, but for many who didn't grow up that way, it's hell.
Even for those who steadily progressed to stardom, it kind of snuck up on them. At first they were totally jazzed to be recognized by someone, ...or asked for an autograph. They were thrilled if they got press of any sort. It was a gradual steady approach... until one day they wake up and realize the nightmare they're living. :'( For some stars, it's enough to drive you over the bend... even guys like Patrick Swayze who was pretty well known, ...almost didn't make it after Dirty Dancing. It's a good thing he had his wife by his side to keep him grounded. I don't think he'd have made it without her.

I've seen a grown man on the verge of tears admitting he couldn't go grab an impromptu bite to eat.
I've seen others struggle with the fact that they couldn't enjoy normal activities with their kids.
When Mom suggests they all go to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate a kid getting all straight A's on his report card, ...and the kid insists that Dad can't come 'cause he'll just ruin it like he always does... you know theirs a problem

It's now being revealed that his "one glove" signature style was actually a way to camouflage his lupus related vitiligo
