Title: seated ez curl bar curls
Post by: tbombz on July 02, 2009, 09:14:29 PM
do these sitting down on a bench with a back support and rest the ez curl bar on your thighs and dont let it bounce up during your reps. i did these at the end of my biceps with 25 per side then 35 per side then 45 per side. wicked wicked pump. really seemed to fill my biceps up with blood adding lots of thickness across the arm.

Yep did these with the straight bar for awhile last year.  Hope to get my hands on an ez bar and start doing them again.

Reminds me of wall curls.

Just back up against a wall. Use a lighter weight bb to begin. Let your elbows touch the wall...

If you do this at your gym.... uhhhhhhhhh... don't do it against the mirrors. I used to train my clients with these, but then I would see kids do them... against the mirrors.  ;D
