How many lbs do you think you need to lose to get to 8% bodyfat?
I'v been on a diet for 7 weeks, gone down from 209lbs to 192 already. I probably need to lose another 10lbs to get to 8% bodyfat, but i can't be bothered, i will do one more week of dieting and go down to 190lbs. I can't bear dieting longer than 8 weeks straight, i lose motivation.

I'v been on a diet for 7 weeks, gone down from 209lbs to 192 already. I probably need to lose another 10lbs to get to 8% bodyfat, but i can't be bothered, i will do one more week of dieting and go down to 190lbs. I can't bear dieting longer than 8 weeks straight, i lose motivation.

I could honestly have lost a few more pounds when I was done with my diet, But I just get sick of feeling so fucking small.
And I think I kinda lost motivation to, I basically just stopped eating, and just ate 2-3 time a day at the Most in the end.
Its one thing to diet fown when your Tall, then you will get smaller ofc but still weigh more then a girl.
If you're 5"6 and get shredded you will fuckign weight less then your average women lol. and thats not acceptable ;D
Remember Wavelenght is like 5"10 and 145 right now. Looks shredded but man I cant handle feeling so small.

ya you could probably lose another 14lbs but it's not like your going into a competition or somthing so theres no point, better to start gaining muscle and strength again for awhile.
A natural bodybuilder like we all are start losing the most muscle in the last 4 weeks of the diet where you are trying to get rid of the last stubborn 10-15lbs in areas like glutes and lower back. Not to mention getting off the last bits of fat is like the nail in the coffin of your metabolism lol.

remember in these after photos I posted im 12 pounds heavier then when I finished my diet.. :)
So I was in alot better shape also then this. But I thought it was cool I reached my old weight again pretty fast and looked alot better.
