Pics 2 come soon ;D (right) 8) I'm down from 190 -195, to 180. I'm really looking forward to being at a lighter wieght. I want 2 hit at least 175 and then go from there. Its been fun and interesting trying different things and methods. What seems to work, at least for me, is a really cal. restricted diet. I've finnaly got used to eating less after doing the stupid bulk thing. Well just wanted to share, like u guys give a shit. Peace

what is your diet like? are u eating a lot of good fats?

Considering i was a twinky 145 when i started with 12 inch arms pumped , yeah im huge 8) Diets been around 100- 150 grams of protien, typical bodybuilder fare, just trying to keep my portions smaller and fiber sky high. That, i think has been the biggest help in all this. Just take several servings of metamucil a day, keeps me full and adds bulk. I really do believe thats what has kept me losing wieght. I try not to get caught up in the whole "OH MY GOD I HAVENT GOTEN MY 217 GRAMS PROTIEN, SHIT I ATE AN ORANGE" bullshit. By the way im 32, 5 foot 7 short as shit, so 200 was really big for me.

To whomever asked it took me about 5 years to go from 145 to almost 200 at my highest. My arms went from 12 to 16 -16 1/2, And i just started useing 105 pound dumbells for 6 reps in flat bench. My legs suck but i have realy good calves, thanks dad. I can definatly post vids of my lifts if you guys are interested. Peace out 8)
