This is true. He had that with bench and stuff too, and it didn;t seem to harm his chest. Also don't you reckon his tris look pretty big in that clip?

colemans triceps were some of the biggest triceps of all time, in 1998-2005. just never had really great shape to them.

very true... realxed the looked amazing he just didnt pose them well.... and the heads were not very seperated

they were really good back in the day, helping to make his arms the greatest ever
however, as his career progressed (oh, around olympia 7 and 8 ) they didn't look so hot.

for some reason when guys get older..,.late 30's and above, they start to lose triceps mass
