bone density is more important than nitrogen balance

see our bone density has alot to do with metabolism also

you keep up bone density with life giving foods like fruit

meat depletes bone calcium

remember that fruits do not have ANY negativ side effects like meat

so the optimal choice to avoid 'negativity of food' is fruit

also enjoy good butter milk biscuits to transport the vitamins of the fruit

my overall bodyweight stays low with ease when consuming fruit and coffe

coffee can create nutrient deficiencies if you dont eat enough fruit

coffe taps into bone density, using it for metabolism purposes

fruit replenishes it

a first time user would do great on a small cycle of anadrol 50......1 tab a day for 2 months......great virgin cycle....or even dbol.......4-5 dbol tabs a day would give a first timer a decent cycle.....then you can graduate to an amp of durateston or an amp of deca along with 50mgs of anadrol or even a little anavar tabs.......no need to go crazy right out of the gate. IMHO

I taped those lifts just to shut Quaker Oats up  ;D

first time i did the thai pinkies, damn awesome i was walking with a hard on ALWAYS.

2nd time the naps. same strength increase but not the "viagra" feeling.

I don't drink so I wouldn't know about that but the few times I have had my liver checked I have had slightly elevated levels which the doctor ascribed to consuming too much protein. I was just curious.
