I looked into it years and years ago and though it might be good for wrestling (which i did for 12 years) as much as muscle gain goes it does not hold a candle to good old heavy weight compound exercises...

Might do the Royal Court three exercise that Furey suggest. Those are the cornerstones and will get you in top shape and condition. As Luolamies said, do the heavy compounds for the serious strength and mass gains. Couple day of Royal Court (on non lifting days) can give all around condition. Good Luck.
