i did a 1 week experiment 5 weeks into my 500mg test e cycle.
for the first 4 weeks i was growing by 2kg a week so i decided not to diet for a week but just train. i noticed that i didnt gain weight or lose weight. after the week was over i went back to dieting and training and grew another 2 kg.
does that mean while i was dieting i was gaining muscle or is it just the water retention holding on to the protein i was eating?

man i dont know when i first started hard core lifting i gained 10 lbs a month for a few months but of coarse it stop but in 3 1/2 years ive gone from 190lbs up to 280lbs and now iam at 265lbs trying to cut to 240lbs on a 6'2" frame
