So, I have absolutely no problem eating perfectly during the day, but when it gets to about 9:00pm it seems that I always have to binge, or cannot control my urge to eat something that I shouldn't. Do you guys have any suggestions or methods that you use to stop this terrible f-ing habit?

Brush your teeth, drink a large glass of sugar free drink. Eat some vegetables. Stick your hand in a fryer. Do some form of activity that prohibits you from eating.

fight it after a few days the cravings will go away .... do not worry

sugar free jello always does the trick. Or have some celery with peanut butter or just crack one off and go to bed all relaxed.
