after watching this, its no wonder how branch has tore damn near every muscle in his body. check out his awesome form. ::)

branch would never have reached his size without that kind of training. Same as it was with Dorian. live by the sword (sloppy heavy training), die by it (injuries).
-
haha that kid doing the dumbell rows was out of his league
I did not appreciate the swearing - yelling "motherf.ucker" in the gym is a bit much
-
why do people expect bodybuilders to be all badass? Branch outside of the gym and in real life is a fairly mellow guy... seems to be the case with a lot of bodybuilders actually... not many loud obnoxious fellows...
-
Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
you mean to say that the way tree branch 'trains' has something to do with his size?
I thought it had something to do with elevated LDLs and hepatic adenomas...
-
He has to be the most intense pro i've seen train. More intense than Dorian in Blood and Guts..

your other thread deleted it seems, right as i was about to make this post =
lol, the juicer who claims natural, id like to slap most of those guys in the face for lying about it so much that they actually believe their own lies.
that would make for a fun thanksgiving ;D

he's just making a whole lot of unnecessary noise for attention and for the camera.
Tha's not that i'm talking about. I saw some real time videos than MD did in the "In the Trenches" series when he trained with Dave Jacobs. Very little rest between sets, that's a killer for me, and spine breaking weight.

at least there's some decent music playing in the background, wish my gym played stuff like metallica etc.
-
bald head, awful form, half movement, heavy metal etc etc, it's the westside bodybuilding method.

Post is none sense.
Dorian trained with extreme correct form, full range of motion, concentration, little cheating. His injuries were a result of training to failure and doing so too close to contest time.
Branch's training is intense, but, ridiculous. Quarter reps, swinging, no concentration etc... He is big no doubt, but is a perfect example of what is
wrong with bodybuilding today.
No symmetry, disgusting to look at, just a mangled mess of muscles and torn body parts lat, tris etc...
He should NEVER place in the top 5 of any show and nor should Rhul for that matter, they (and the judges rewarding them) single handedly ruined bb.
What the fuck is going on with his left bicep? Looks like a huge band of scar tissue is crossing it or something? Did he tear that too? Wouldn't be surprised.

I especially enjoyed the cd skipping around 3:10
-
seriously unimpressive... lousy technique including boatloads of momentum, and cliche ridden iron warrior yells. a poor substitute for Ronnie. at least he moved some weights around and was so stupid with what he yelled that it was funny

All techno

Looser form doesn't necessarily cause injuries at all, if you know what you're doing. Sometimes it helps prevent them and is more effective. Yates said he got injured by going too heavy while on a contest diet, nothing to do with form.

even the great hercules used to curse the fates....

should somebody intervene?

Nonsense...
