Title: NPC Jr. Cal - Danny Siebert - going to the NPC Masters

From the NPC Junior Cal on June 20th (when this pictures was taken),  Danny Siebert looked great in winning the contest.  Lonnie Teper, the promoter and emcee, said at the podium he will be doing Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh in a week. I think he will do well.  Does he have a shot at winning his class?"

whats the deal with your "junior" shows in the US? obviously has nothing to do with age?
