Title: NPC USA - Any Buzz on the USA?

Jerome Ferguson will be competing too, although probably will make the top 5 in his class.

THREE men's pro cards are given out this year. They take the top winners of each class (7 of them) and compare the winners.

The first edition of the Book of Competitors will be out soon. They ran out of paper

Mike, as a former competitor, do you have any advices for this young man looking to make his way in the bodybuilding world?

Especially if it is your first time competing in the NPC USAs. Some competitors, especially bikini jusr rush on stage, move around quickly, and rush offstage. Same of figure. Get your correct poses done, and take your time. Otherwise, some of the pictures will be blurry if you move so fast.
