what do you think?
is his sisters death going to affect his preparation?
-
He won't even attend her funeral. Arnold also skipped his Dad's funeral because he was in preparing for the Mr. Olympia, like he stated in Pumping Iron. He said "I can't do aynthing for him anyway".

you're an idiot, he made that up... like he made up the pump is better then cumming .. it was a documentary/drama
the competition was real, but most of the other scenes were made up

Bodybuilders are self motivated people
Of course victor,if he isnt in jail by then, will do the Olympia

Not my fault that you can't handle reality. The real world is tough, boy, being on top means no compromises. ::)

Some people compete, after a death in the family. Remember the Monday Night Football game a few years ago, when Brett Favre threw for a gazillion yards and set records, one day after the death of his father?
On the bodybuilding front, Darrem Charles lost his mother yet he went on to compete at the Olympia that same year.
And, I think, Charles Ray Arde lost his mother shortly before his national championship class win.
Some competitors feel that, after they grieve for a lost loved one, that their loved one's wish would be for them to keep on keeping on.
-
Vic can't afford to miss another Olympia
hopefully his grief will be a positive motivater

if you think 6th place is good money, you must live in the Congo

"Its only the internet...?"

Victor shouldnt miss the Olympia - but losing someone under these circumstances is tough, and unfair.
-
Well I think he is better off not doing the O (although I think Victor is the winner since 2 years ago and he has the best physique in this era)
when u hear experts say that in 06 jay won cause he looked better at the prejudging and when Ronnie came back the next day looking better it didn’t matter cause most of the judging was don’t at pre-judging; that the next year they say the opposite abt Vic and Jay; they said Jay won cause he sharpened up at the finals
than at the Arnold they said that vic was closer to branch than to Kai (give me a break); it is clear they don’t want him to win
and by Experts I mean (Bob, Dan, Larry) who we very well know have the inside news of the IFBB politics but don’t say it in a direct way in their radio show
and at last years Arnold he could have come back; but think he knew himself that if he did they will crush him and blame the injury even though he could have won.
When an influenced person in the IFBB says “you shouldn’t compete this year and you should put a year hard work and come back later” it means if u do u will get screwed

::)
Its like saying
dont work, youre not going to be rich anyway.
-
Vic can place anywhere from 2 thru 6th.
That's a good paycheck no matter what. he didn't peak right at the Arnold or he could have beaten Kai, as Vic's lines are way better.
-
Vic has an awesome physique. Even if he doesn't win who cares. He deserves to be on the Olympia stage even if he is still lagging from his injury.
