id rather do bodybuilding as a hobby than take part in any other "sport".
Natural bodybuilding is healthy and you don't take bumps like you do in other sports, so if you train smart you will be in good shape all your life.

I played rugby for 10 years when i was younger, every single week for all those years, i had bruises/cuts on my body. Since i stopped i can't remember the last time i got a bruise. I was 2nd highest Try scorer for the last 2 years i played from the 2nd Row position lol.

True, but he beat Big Nog who was injured and Tim Sylvia who got knocked out by Ray Mercr to win those titles. Shari was 10th best in the world at one point, there are 10 lightweights who could beat that pos Mir. Did you watch the fight? He was an embarrassment to the sport. He talked all that shit and didn't even put up a fight >:(

Yes, bodybuilding is quite gay isn't it? The whole concept of fags putting on thongs to prance around for other fags is a bit disgusting I agree. Maybe it's not fair to compare a gay activity like BBing to MMA.
