Title: 74 years young Japanese bodybuilder won 2nd at 2009 Tokyo BB Championships

Mr.Tosaka Tutomu(登坂 勉) born 1935,place 2nd at -60kg of 2009 Tokyo BodyBuilding Championships,July 12th 2009.
He is a life-time natural and defeat another 12 young competitors at -60kg weightclass.

That is a bad pic to post.  A comparison of abs which he is last in that shot but got 2nd.  Looks great for his age.

Mr.Ishimura had a car accident and retired.
(I have no idea how long to recover my broken leg too :-\)
