Long John Silvers has some great fish platters.
I love Subway as well for the options.

Quiznos, sushi, pho, burritos/tacos, burgers
If low-calorie then salmon sashimi or Harveys chicken salad

How is the In 'N Out protein burger compared health-wise to the other burger joints or fast food outlets.
The protein burger is a hamburger without the bread but wrapped in lettuce.

Legal Seafoods (if your on the east coast). They have high quality fish and shellfish that you can have prepared anyway you like. Also, they have sides like steamed brown rice and broccoli.
Just last night I had the grilled Haddock with two side skewers of grilled shrimp. Steakhouses....places like Atlantic Fish Co, etc. If you're in rush, any true deli should have options that could work for you. Turkey on wheat - etc.

What do you mean by healthy? Food with the most vitamins and minerals?
-
KFC...earlier today I got a 10 piece bucket of grilled chicken with 4 biscuits, macaroni and cheese, and mash potatoes and gravy. It costs about $19 with tax but I can make 3-4 meals out of it.
