I did not vote for Obama, but He is still our President, and watching this video pisses me off !

To me it looks like Obama is introducing Medvedev to the diplomatic corp and therefore not the one expecting a handshake.  I think you have this a bit wrong.

Its funny how this is appearing on Right Wing Nut Roots sites.  I wonder why when its clear that Obama is just following protocol leading introductions.

It's more than obvious he introducing, not shaking hands.  How could anyone fall for that?
