wow its like my head is spinning as i sit here
so many things have been changing
a lot forthe better
my cut diet has been going good
i took a pic of my abs and showed it to someone at work and they didnt believe me that those wer emy abs...they actually told me that they were the lifeguards abs(frank)
my eyes have been driving me nuts theyve been so ithcy
i need to find boxers for my run tommorow morning cuz i tried jogging with just basketball shorts on but i ggot chaffed last time i tried that
i had a good dinner too...my friend left so it wa snice to sit in peace and quiet again...i threw out my soap and bought a new one so never knew if he used it
oh well sorry if this is boring but i am bored outta my mind here
oh yeah remember the mmm commerical w this song...i found it other day i love it
