how's the weather down there, it's very beautiful in europe in the last few weeks, with a bit of thunderstorms, but warm.

He was 9th, which was 2 places down from 7th in 96 (which became 6th, after Nasser was disqualified for diuretics). He did bounce back in the post-Olympia Grand Prix shows though, and defeated K Lo to place 1st in the Russian Grand Prix.
