I typically subscribe to this order of "consumption". Start the day off with great workout, dip skoal all day, have a little taste of beer, shots in teh evening, and finish it off with a puff. Not everyday, but is teh norm. Would any of you "brothers of iron" take a diff approach in regards to the order of consumption?LOL... BTW, anyone heard when teh GBIV is taking place? I could use another G ;)

hardly drink anymore, maybe once a month, and that's just to be "social". usually at some fucking wedding i don't want to be at.

I'm almost 30, look much younger because of training and the fact i rarely ever have taken any rec drugs, E's a handful of times, not much alcohol.
Guys i know who train a lot take a fair amount of shit have aged quicker. Those who don't train age much quicker.

I dip more than anything...bout a can/day...literally one budweiser, one shot Jack Daniels....couple of puffs on a joint before bedtime....nothing excessive

I only consume fresh sushi, fiber supplement, and 2 boxes a day of purewhip N20 before my workouts...raises blood concentration of nitrogen 8000% more than any other nitrogen enhancer.

I'm in my 40's and when i tell people that they universally think i am full of shit.
I think acting like a 15 year old is a factor as well

Regarding dope,I doubt I could take that either as I have bad enough spells of mental illness as it is
