They taste great and they have over 40 different flavors of sf! :D

After the anxiety attacks set in, it all ended.

I guess my stressful job combined with my OCD was too much for my mind and body.

Every once in awhile I can get away with a "half caff" as long as the Xanax is nearby.

I am not a big coffee drinker but my asian secratery gave me 2 packs of coffee powder. The next day I had a bottle of coke, half way finnished i poured some off the coffee inside the bottle shuck it a little just to dissolve the powder. Usually, I don’t want/need a whole pot of coffee, and this lets me make just the right amount.
You can get different sizes.
The one I have makes about 6½ oz., or 3 espresso cups.
Brewed, into the thermos, and off to work.

No electronic components to break, and cleanup is very easy.

I can go a few days without it.
I don’t get edgy or get the shakes or any such shit.
I have no problem functioning, but with coffee I feel more alert, more focused, my workouts are more intense, and I feel more positive in general.

These are all bonuses in my book, and the antioxidants in coffee specifically further justify its use to me.
Like anything else, just don’t let it consume you.

Now if you’re one of those people who can’t make it through the day without popping No-Doz like M&M’s, then it’s time to rethink things.

Sure but I usually only drink about 6-7 of the 6oz cups probably about 40oz. I brew my own though in a Krups coffee maker.
