The first part is possible his best speech ever.  I don't know why he can't go around saying it exactly that way without the added psycho lunatic act.  The first part of what he just said is hard to argue against.  When he tries to make the case while acting like a psycho probably just gets the people he wants to make the case to not listen at all.  I assume he's addressing these arguments to the gun control crowd, either that or he's just a cheerleader for those who are already pro gun rights.  I get why he flips out on stage, but I've seen him act nuts off stage so much, I just thought the guy was nuts.  Love how he worded things in that first part.  A moment of pure clarity without feeling like you should be ducking from flying arrows. :D
