Thanks for the link, io856.

I don't have all the facts, which is why I'm asking about it, but at the risk of oversimplification:

The argument appears to be that your fascia serves as a limiter and by stretching your fascia, you'll increase your gains.  But stretching of the fascia is done not by thorough, deep stretching, but rather by using heavy weights to maximize the "pump" during your routine.

Heavy weight, in the 8-12 range, with the 7 meaning seven sets performed for the final exercise of a bodypart.

Parrillo advocated/s actual stretching to stretch fascia

Do a few exercises for any given body part then finish off that body part with lighter weights for more reps and sets.

yea its a revolutionary technique.  ::)

it all matters who the source is.......do u have a credible source?

if not, go straight to the source and ask me what you've heard, and ill tell u if its true.

lol, how do u train for condtioning? u mean like cardiovasuclar training? lol thats funny. i havnet done cardio since about january.

as for how my training is going, i train to gain muscle, thats it, ive put on about 50lbs since i did my show last sept, so im doin a pretty good job of that thus far.

and yes i actually have tried fst7, it was nothing special so i stopped.

lastly, i dont know who would have told u that, because the only ppl i discuss my training with is jim, and i trained once with "tbombz" and he has a good idea how i train......so if it wasnt those 2, i wouldnt listen to it.
