i agree with you.....these guys are all playing the size game.....and they are not keeing a nice balanced physique.......you will lose your lines and symmetry.....looks like the only guys that realize that are dexter, darrem and troy!

push the hell out of his shoulders to catch with his arms. he's offseason so up - bottom balance is hard to see...but it looks like he'll colemen type leg size down the road to catch the upper. great arms but they seem like a bit of a curse.

I thought the same thing, but if you look carefully he is not holding Phil's arm, but he has his wrist flexed in such a way and at the right height that it looks like he is holding Phils arm. Look again...

Timing is everything bro.. when phil heath showed up on stage the first time, he deffinately needed to add 20-25 solid pounds to be unstopable... BUT NOT 20-25 lbs IN ONE YEAR !!! thats the whole reason these new guys fuck up alot. Look at all the Mr. O's, and look at the weight difference between their 2 shows, i would say maybe 5-6 solid pounds in a year, not 25lbs from one show to another.

I disagree..i think he put on to fast...Cutler probably had everything to do with it...Since he has been with Cutler, Phil's head has grown 3to 5 inches...Thats not good...There was no need for Phil to hurry...Cutler will end up being the devil to this guy...A Physique that could have won for many many years will end up peaking in a few years...Rumors are that since listening to Cutler, Phil has increased everything double and added a boat load of (the medicine)...Phil has been told to stop loading his arms up but his immaturity is shinning through(not unlike his posing) :-\

A little more is the operative word. Just like Wheeler only needed to add a "little more". They all needed to do what Shawn Ray did, and do it little by little. Thereby not ruining their phyisues and lines.

Yes but a few years from now who knows who he'd be competing against? Since bb is so weak right now he might as well go all out and hope for the best. Only time will tell if it was the right strategy. Same with Kai Greene. He is fucking up his body no doubt but it's not impossible he wins this year if some guys are off and he peaks well.

looks very much improved, especially his rear lat spread, he as wide as Shawn Ray was and has much better arms, if anything his arms are to big in comparison to his chest from the front, they underline his width as his weakness, but still looks better than last year, his waist will come in, not that its big now, if he nails it he will be right up there.
