Hahaha, you got to any supermarket around here, and 98% of the hispanics will be using food stamps. You will see them pay for their whole run in food stamps and WIC, then get into a late-model SUV with custom rims out in the parking lot.

When I was a kid I seriously thought the official money (Currency) of mexico was the food stamp.

Cali could solve a good many of it's problems all at once by getting the illegal situation under control.

Much of the central valley looks like a massive San Quentin work release program.
