-
Im in a cardio state of mind too.
I have been using the step machine for 40mins/day, good results.
Next week will rev it up with a run for 20mins after the step machine, and keep it up till summer (Australian Summer)
its all about being lean.
-
5-6 times a week. 30-45mins
-
A week? Between 2-3 hours depending on how many times I hit the gym.
-
One hour every morning after I wake up. I take only BCAAs prior. Every third day I then do an extra 45 min in the evening.
All this shit ends after September comes around and I get to eat carbs again!
-
4 days a week of an hour of intense cardio..includes wrestling, ju jitsu, mui thai kick boxing
-
dude i fn hate cardio it is so boring to me so i have been starting a new way for me i will go intense higher reps up to 15 and less break between and also adding super sets of at least 5 movements back to back and for the actual cardio i will get my military back pack and put some weight in it and walk fast on 25 degree incline for 5 min then gt on one of the bikes for 5min and then ill do that arm/shoulder rotation machine and then do abs. i figured that if i do resistant cardio it will keep me from boredom and build more strength
-
if i want to lean out ill drop carbs from one or two meals, cut out fats, throw in t3 and clen.
fuck cardio!
-
2 days a week of boxing, kick boxing, mui thai, grappling. 1 hour each day.

10 mins on stairmaster and run 1.5 miles 5 days per week.
-
45 min 5 x week
-
40 minutes for year 2009, last monday with my girlfriend.
-
I will do usually 30 min, low intensity cardio 4-5 times a week. usually on the eliptical or treadmill.
-
look like i ma the only one who did 8-10 times a week 30 minuts
-
Not the only one dex,
I do an hour to an hour 15, six days a week. Split between elliptical and stair-stepper. Mid to high intensity. On average, according to the machines calculations, I'm burning between 9500 and 11000 cals per week. Been at this for almost 2 yrs. Eat very clean, except for one cheat meal per week. Did the water bf test last wk., and was disappointed. Was hoping to see around 8%, but showed me at 11%. Bummer. Even my lifting is always super-sets with little rest to keep the hart rate up.
Some guys are a furnace, just burn up everything. I'm more like a wherehouse.
Hoping the GH, T3, and clen I'll be starting soon will help in this area...

Do you find it hard to hold muscle when working a manual labor type job? When younger I was a carpenter and it was very hard to keep size and figure out how much to eat when dieting for a contest for myself.

I grew like crazy when I was young & working landscaping & other odd "manual" labor jobs. Of course I was also 18-20...now in my 30's I'm not sure I could do 10-12 hours of manual labor & then train.

i never used to, but now I'm getting older, niggles turn into full blown problems because of it if you know what i mean, a tweak might take 6 month to shake off instead of a few weeks... my shoulder problem has dragged on over 2yrs, mainly because of this..
as for gaining size, Ive been at my biggest 20.7st, whilst working at least 6 days a week there, just a matter of eating more, something Ive never struggled with...
as for preps and diets, your never going to have two days the same, one day you could be smashing away with a heavy hammer all day, the next you could be doing something more intricate.. i never used to cycle my carbs, so id just reduce them as normal and hope for the best, once id qualify for the Britain's id take 4 weeks holiday leading up to try and get it spot on..
