Title: "Why do you want to be big?" - Excerpt from Raising the Bar 3

In this excerpt Hayley McNeff expresses the enthusiasm I'm sure those of you who are bodybuilders remember feeling when you first started working out and felt the excitement of those first startling gains!

I was guessing it. But if she trys to defend her 1/4 leg press and refuse to do full range of motion and squat. I may punch her.

You can watch my clips, right here on getbig, without ever spending a cent. If someone desires to buy the DVD they certainly can follow the link but I do not require you to click away to enjoy and discuss them.

In addition, if you don't like my work you are free to never click on a gatomjp thread again. In fact, I urge you to avoid my posts because you obviously don't appreciate what I am trying to do.
