Title: Isoinokosterone?

Anyone ever heard of this?  A mate of mine found it online and was gonna buy it, but I'm thinking his money would be better spent on just protein/weight gainer.

If anyone's actually used it, did it have any effects?

tell him save his money and buy some Plazmosis.  Steroid like gains.  no kidding.

Definitely, I knew a guy who tried it but he had to stop when his arms reached 34 and a half inches.  He now only puts a couple of teaspoons of the stuff in his coffee, and has settled at a reasonable 367lbs @ 3.7%bf.
