I've had a couple of cysts on my back.  One was surgically removed and left a gaping scar.  The other was cut and drained like this video by a physician's assistant at my former school.  That one wasn't fully gone.  I popped the shit out of it several months back and it appears to be gone for good.  You can hear her commenting on the smell - its no joke, the shit smells god awful.  Pure bacteria ridden sebum.
