i weigh myself everyday at 5 oclock today i am 240, slightly softer but i feel like ive gained more positive fullness.
I have also taken into consideration as to what i would call peak training times. As in the Chinaman study they found our peak light was around 9:30 am perform 200 non weight tabata squats, as i try to fit in a workout at this hour and also at 5 pm
