Title: Current "Persona" most detrimental to the "sport" these days?
Post by: Alex23 on July 28, 2009, 02:10:59 PM
These three degenerates used to be up there. Now deflated they are becoming more and more irrelevant.

Yeah Kai. Dexter said it best....'Kai needs to relax....I saw him dressed up like a cat and he humped a pole'

People may have found Dorian, Ronnie, and Jay a bit boring...or dumb...or what ever people were saying. But they were decent guys for this sport.

You Have a NASCAR guy on crystal meth, several NFL players busted with pistols or machine guns. MLB stars lying under oath.

All of a sudden Ronnie, Dorian, and Jay don't seem so bad.

Any getbigger constantly insultting/disrespecting bodybuilding and it's competitors (keeping in mind you're on a BODYBULDING WEBSITE), would also be a good candidate.  :)

It's doubtful their antics matter too much. It would be different if they were athletes and competed on teams with a responsibility towards fans or shareholders.

Only the top tier guys make serious money and it's doubtful endorsements are affected by on-line geeks to any extent.

palumbo would look better if he shaved his head.  The balding head is not a good look.  All or nothing.

Doubtful. He always seems to be in great condition with low bodyfat. It just seems that his proportions/genetics aren't what judges want so it's unlikely more drugs will help.

He used to write for MD and there also was an article. All the pics from Arnold or with him training people show really great conditioning. Really can't criticize him on that one bit, the proportions are just off and no amount of drugs can ever possibly fix that.

I do find it funny when guys who buy swords, conan the gaybearian costumes, hummers and smoke montecristos (even though Arnold smokes Hoyo Double coronas) try to act offended when their gayness is pointed out. :)
