Who looks like their gym shots on the stage? Realize this: the gym is not the stage. No one looks the same.

Dennis James must be going fairly heavy on the drugs in 2009. First, he did the early shows, then the spring shows, now the summer shows, then he will be at the Olympia in the fall. That is 4 seperate precontest preps in less than a year. Wow.

He is using of all my supplimint's comapny same as once I use to go from 247 lb natural to 318 lb on contets day. Dennis is jsut a genetic freek who repsond s very well to our supplemints. He doesnt like smchomes and gays hitting on him and he wants to win this contets so im helping him out. he says the last movie he cried watching was Marley and Me, and he watched it with his daughter.
when marley and me just came out, about 8 months ago, gh15 said at the end of a post he was going to go watch marley and me with the family, and he made a comment about if the dog dies he is going to cry.

A bb with a big muscular stomach doesn't necessarily mean one of those criteria is poor. It's just aesthetically displeasing to most.

Dennis is one of my favorite bodybuilders. The guy is a monster with great density. His problems are his midsection and that his front lacks in development when compared to his back, and he has thick skin and can't show quality of muscle come contest time. He would place better if he lost weight and came in much tinier.
