this has to be a joke.

Is there really no criteria for dieting before a show? That guy is like 38% fat.

Already posted. Bloke on left looks great. Tall (in this sport of angry midgets with Napoleon Complexes), good shape, no gut, needs more muscle, great conditioning, graceful posing.  :P

Yeah, I noticed that he was very smooth (no joke) in the poses and transitions. It's like he had competed before, but in shape. Very strange indeed.

If someone is completely illiterate, and at age 50 they learn the alphabet and the first 5 elements of the periodic table, we do not elect them to the Royal Society or the AAAS.

Similarly, if someone looks like a massive pile of manure, and turns into a slightly less massive (but no less pungent) pile of manure, we do not applaud them on a bodybuilding stage.  :P

Not exactly. Well, maybe...

This is very very common in the NPC with these guys (usually seems like in the superheavy class) who show up 60lbs overweight. In their minds they look amazing because they probably lost 20lbs so in the mirror to themselves they are ripped and shredded.

I know a few guys who compete like that. The best part is they use heavy androgens and absolutely will NOT do any cardio because they think they'll shrink down to a middleweight size.

 It's a bizarre epidemic.

I'd really like to know
as an employer, I'd never, ever hire anyone who had to depart from duties 5 times a day to pray

Five prayers are over 24 hours, not over your 8 hour work-day.  Depending on where you live and the time of the year there is usually only one of the five prayers that falls during office hours.  Some Muslims skip it, others will pray in their office or somewhere out of the way.  It's also only about 5 minutes long.  I've never seen or heard of any employer having a problem with it.

in the movie 'Traitor' it was said the muslim employee (Don Cheadle) was fired bc people/clients complained about his prayer and skull cap

I suppose there's no point in clinging to that one bodypart (even though it's the biggest one) when it would suffice to say Doz won and Nasser placed a rightful second in the end 8)

If you have further objections, please direct them towards our resident bodybuilding expert NarcDeity. TIA.

Actually legs are the biggest bodypart, not back.  Dorian only had Nasser from the rear angle and only between both shoulders and down to the lower back - everywhere else Nasser excelled over Yates.  Even in the rear double biceps pose - which is supposed to be a "back shot" Dorian's lagging arms, delts and hamstrings (relative to Nasser) and oversized waist is apparent.

i hate to be critical towards a guy who has enough nerve to get on a bodybuilding stage but sometimes i have to be and this is one of those times. the real sickos are the ones who encouraged him to walk onstage looking like vince goodrum on a heavy dbol cycle
