i fail to see what is different from any other training video made by anyone else.... It's a guy who s being filmed using a machine or free weights, perform an exercise (like there are 100000000 differents ways of performing the bench press or any other exercise for that matter anyway and that you couldnt find it by yourself) then bullshit us with uninspired empty words like " you ve got to flex, squeeze your muscles" ... ::)

Wasn't he a powerlifter prior to switching to BBing? You'd figure 225X12 would be a piece of cake for someone like him who has been lifting for so long.

as a conclusion and to avoid 100 pages thread, when levrone was benching 500 for 5 at 5% bodyfat he was FULL OF DRUGZ, MORE THAN A NORMAL BRAIN CAN REALISE.

I have been told there is a special driver's license that I can get which will allow me to drive to the USA from which point I believe I can fly on the Duluth International Airport within the USA without a passport:

I can also get a replacement passport, but that would require reporting it missing to the police and going through some major paperwork. :-X
The last option is for me to clean my house and attempt to find it. ;D

Who has the right genetics and is on an adequate amount of drugs will grow anyway, no matter what type of bullshit he's training.

He is totally 100% natural here, this is what having good genetics looks like. Its as simple as that. Its crazy to see the size he's put on so fast, but with good genetics and proper nutrition is easy to do.

He is NO WAY weighs 244 pounds here. He says he has enough size on him now? I'm not seeing it. The man should have hit the gym for 3-4 months HARD (cut out the damn cardio) and just BEEFED UP and THEN start cutting down. He doesn't have enough bulk to start cutting down. He's going to look more like a fitness competitor than a former pro-bodybuilder when this is all said and done.

EXACTLY...Bodybuilding is not really a "science" as they try and make it out to be.....just lift, eat, use drugs, grow.....it doesn't matter what your work out is....HIT, Dogcrapp, etc are great conversation to pass the time but other than that, worthless
