Very light. Just 4X 20kgplates and 2X10kg plates. ;D

Silver plates are 20kg. So,50kg each side.

Why you go deeper on hack squats than on regular squats? You think deep squats fuck up ur knees but deep hack squats not?

Much more easy to controle than squat.
So, there is no danger. But I perform smooth and slow for my knee protection also.

I was stud at that age. Look at my gold chain and medal ;D
Now, I am not. So cutting my hair very short is very convinient. So, I am not shaving. Shaving is also stud thing.

Have you ever had any problems with your knees? Seems you've been training like a beast for a long time. How old are you now?

39 yrs old.
I began to lift at 1988.

I had some good instructors when I was a biginner. They were all competitors and they always taught me that Muscle controle is always No1.
The weight is second.
So, i really dont like lifting extremely heavy weight which i dont feel anything. Maybe that prevents me from injury.

I visited there (Madrid)several times.
Its just different.
Maybe, Barcelona has lots of beachs and resorts.
And in winter, you can ski.
In short, lots of entertainment.
