Everytime I pass a constrcuction sites there's usually 80% fat dudes, a few skinny dudes, and with any luck one dude who is absolutely jacked and ripped. Usually pushing arms by wearing a wifebeater underneath the orange vest. Plenty of ink and the darkest of tans add to the danger. This type clearly lifts and stands apart from the rest of the guys. Wonder how heavy these studs go in the gym after a day of laying asphalt.

jewhit- yes alot of great manual labor contruction workers like the falcon, generally not very refined as far as bodyfat but still big and dangerous, these men are built for getting the job done and kicking ass if they want to in the most brutal hot weather or cold climates, the toughest of the tuff

Thanks Johnny F, you're a doll. Yes, these men are strong and dangerous. Sometimes you get one without an ounce of fat, and when you do, it's almost too much to bear.

Too much fantasy and not enough reality. One does not have to “go heavy” in order to get “absolutely jacked.” Anyone who works out knows that. Similarly going heavy does not necessarily equal being jacked. Look at the photos in the strongman thread. All those guys “go heavy” and virtually none of them are jacked.
